Industry: Legal / Structured Settlements

The challenge:

Structured settlements products are complex and easy to explain badly, the email had to build trust and authority with a niche financial/legal audience, not just sell.

My approach:

Built email content around industry-specific insights and paired it with LinkedIn content so email reinforced what prospects were already seeing elsewhere; consistent voice across channels instead of email as an isolated blast.

Industry: DTC / Consumer Product

The challenge:

Drive awareness and sales for product launches and seasonal promotions in a crowded DTC market.

My approach:

Used bold visuals, clean layouts, and benefit-driven copy to highlight premium product quality and lifestyle moments. Segmented flows for new subscribers, cart abandonment, and repeat buyers kept the brand top of mind year-round.

Industry: Multi-vertical (Agency cold outreach)

The challenge:

Cold outreach emails have almost no room for error; subject lines and first lines have to earn a second of attention before anything else matters, and each client vertical needed its own voice rather than a copy-paste template.

My approach:

Built and turned outreach sequences across multiple verticals using Apollo.io, working through deliverability troubleshooting (mailbox setup, sending domain authentication) alongside the actual copy and sequencing, because a well-designed email that lands in spam never gets read.

Industry: Education

The challenge:

Engage busy parents and teachers with clear, helpful emails that drive conversions and keep our community informed and excited.

My approach:

Wrote in a warm, encouraging tone with straightforward messaging and bright visuals. Used segmented campaigns for product launches, reminders, and evergreen newsletters that deliver real value.

DELIVERABILITY & TECHNICAL SETUP

Good email design doesn’t matter if the email never reaches the inbox.

Alongside the campaign design, I’ve set up and troubleshot the technical layer that email marketing actually depends on; DKIM authentication, sending domain configuration, and mailbox setup in Apollo.io.
